as a desktop support engineer l2, you will be responsible for:
* firewall support: handling on-site staging, integration, configuration, and testing of firewalls.
* technical troubleshooting: providing advanced technical support and resolving complex it issues.
* collaboration: working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* documentation: skilled in documenting troubleshooting steps and creating clear instructions for end-users.

skills & experience:
* experience: minimum of 3 years in technical support, with expertise in firewall staging, integration, and configuration.
