job responsibilities
1. identify new business opportunities: research and identify potential vendors and markets for the company's products or services, specifically in different areas of the city.
2. build relationships: develop and maintain relationships with potential sellers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders in the online space to generate leads and drive business growth.
3. create compelling content: develop high-quality and relevant content that will attract potential customers and provide value to them.
4. capture leads: use lead capture forms or other tactics to capture the contact information of potential sellers who have shown interest in the business and collect all required information to complete the onboard program.
5. guide the new sellers through the first steps at shein: from detailed sku review to launching their first products online.
job requirements

2. availability to visit sellers in the field (commercial areas, etc).
3. sales aptitude and ambition to consistently exceed your kpis.
