responsibilities
1. graphic design & branding: create visually appealing designs for various digital and print marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
2. digital asset creation: design graphics for social media posts, banner ads, landing pages, email newsletters, and website elements.
3. collaborative projects: work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and promotions.
4. print design: design brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed marketing materials for both internal and external use.
5. creative direction: assist in conceptualizing visual direction for campaigns, ensuring that all designs align with marketing objectives and messaging.
6. project management: manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a consistent creative process.
7. photo and video editing: edit photos and videos for marketing materials as needed, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the client's brand image.
8. feedback integration: incorporate feedback from stakeholders into designs, making revisions as necessary to meet brand standards and marketing goals.
9. stay current with trends: stay up-to-date with industry design trends and tools to ensure that the client's visual assets remain fresh and innovative.
requirements
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment. Experience in saas or technology industries is a plus.
* marketing or agency background.
* proficiency in graphic design tools such as adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc.). Knowledge of figma or sketch is a plus.
* a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and social media designs.
* ability to deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
* ability to think creatively, develop new ideas, and translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
* strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
* strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
* comfortable working with design software and platforms. Familiarity with html/css or web design is a bonus.
* a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
