xl.net is looking for an experienced hr coordinator to join our admin team.
this is a full-time position, monday through friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m cst.

*individual responsibilities*:
- recruitment:
? Work with the hr team in the end-to-end hiring process.
? Enhance recruitment process based on feedback and experience of hiring folks
- engagement activities
? Collaborate with the hr team in planning the company's monthly events.
? Send follow-ups and updates to employees about monthly events.
? Receive and answer any inquiries from employees regarding monthly events.
? Book reservations on designated locations for the monthly events.
- gamification
? Communicate updates on employees' crewhu prize requests
? Follow-up crewhu contests data to select employees
- benefits
? Liaise with 3rd party vendors in answering questions of employees regarding benefits, this includes health insurance and 401k
? Work with employees to ensure we are covering their benefit needs and bring up ideas presented by employees
- compensation
- record-keeping and employee information
? Ensure updated employee information in hr management tool
? Send out documents to all necessary parties for signature
? Keep track of submitted documents and safekeep in designated storage
*technical qualifications*:
- at least 2 years of experience in general hr
- associates or bachelor's degree completed in an hr related program
- experience and familiarity with the following hr platforms:
- rippling, or another hris
- indeed, or other job boards
- linkedin
- crewhu, or other gamification platform
- expertise with google productivity apps:
- sheets
- docs
- drive

- excellent communication skills
- strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
- desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set
