*responsabilidades*:
- lead labor and employee relations for assigned groups, including responding to employment-relatedquestions and concerns raised by employees; conducting investigations; and make recommendations for resulting corrective actions and/or employee disciplineprovide advice on human resources practices, labor policies and laws.
- develop, execute and promote talent development programs / actions.
- working with the human resources manager and other generalists, improve the organizational culture ensuring emphasis on safety, quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, delivery, communication and high performance; business needs should dictate program and cultural activities
- assist in the execution of corporate programs (ie performance reviews, personal development plans, employee surveys, merit planning, etc.)
- lead the administration of the incentive program.manage, maintain and update employee services in partnership with the human resources managerin partnership with the hr manager and other generalists, develop a root cause analyst to make the decision to improve the hr kps
requisitios:
- knowledge - labor relations, human resource planning, talent development, communication, culture and change management, payroll process
- education bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration or related
- experience: 5-8 years of experience in human resources administration, union management, payroll, labor relations
- lixil competencies: integrity, results driven, customer centricity, talent developer, visionary and confidence.
- language - oral and written conversations in english.
