responsibilities
* build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
* monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through various logistical channels.
* track and oversee the status of client orders.
* conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
* maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
* prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
requirements
academic/training
* minimum academic training: bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field.
experience
* analyst level: 1-3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
* junior level: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in any professional role (related experience is not mandatory).
skills
* proficiency in english (advanced level required).
* exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
* strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite and other productivity tools.
