*about the role*:
we’re looking for our next *business development representative*. An energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within companies.
*
this role has to be more than the 70% of their time-based in mexico city.
*main challenges*:
- drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for your peers, the account executives and sales managers.
- design cadences to improve the approach with prospects.
- use prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
- meet and/or exceed sales development goals.
- work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
- work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of meetings.
- “if it doesn’t appear in salesforce, it doesn’t exist”: this means maintaining our crm up to date.
*you have*:
- excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- at least 1 year of experience working in sales.
- excellent organizational skills to manage pipelines, calls, clients, leads, proposals and make relations with prospects.
- excellent teamwork skills.
- proven experience working with salesforce (or any other crm).
- proven experience working with crm, indicators and dashboards will be a plus.
- knowledge of saas products and services.
