the business developer manager savory solutions latam, is in charge to implement and execute business development strategies of savory solutions with customers in latam region to grow profitable sales and support overall business objectives of the corpotarion and the platform.
also is responsible to promote the savory solutions products portfolio and coordinate with sub-regional culinary sales teams to develop new projects and sales with selected strategic accounts.

*key responsibilities*
create, present and execute multi regional strategic account plan that must be aligned with global business objectives.
meet or exceed financial metrics based on annual budget assigned; focus on top and bottom lines of the p&l; drive for results.
lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines and customer's requirements by working closely with sub-regional culinary sales teams, ci&d, and marketing.
keep projects information and status updated in mysales platform.
meet or exceed the pipeline growth and pipeline realization/conversion targets.
establish and execute account management strategy with activities planning, sales forecast with an accuracy of +/- 5%, account analysis and sales reports.
play a key role in new project introduction process
lead cross functional teams through complex and technically challenging projects.
*experience and competencies*
at least 5-7 years sales experience, managing key accounts and projects, brand and product management concept, international exposure.
strong leadership and communication skills.
customer-oriented, service-minded and a good team player.
good computer skills (sap, excel, word, powerpoint)
advanced oral and written in english
portuguese preferred
be motivated by tasks accomplishments and targets achievement with high initiative and very dynamic
