we are looking for experienced *noc call center agents* in ciudad juarez, chihuahua, mexico to expand our noc team.
*the role*:
the *noc call center agent* will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with our customers while maintaining attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.
*responsibilities*:
- efficiently open tickets, log and document customer interactions in our customer support system.
- escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- stay up-to-date with product and system knowledge to better assist customers.
- handle customer inquiries regarding service disruptions.
*requirements*:
- high school diploma or equivalent.
- fully bilingual - english and spanish.
- previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- strong problem-solving capabilities.
- proficiency in using customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting.
- ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests.
- willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
