This role will partner with geographies and e&c leadership to implement effective ethics & compliance program to identify and mitigate risks in scope
*general profile*:
*e&c partner would be the primary e&c contact for assigned geography/business team*
*responsible for design, localization and/or operationalization of ethics & compliance program elements*
*responsible for advising business colleagues to drive integration of e&c into their plans & operationsfully understand ethics & compliance risk environment and its impact on the area, partnering with stakeholders to properly manage those risk*
*maintain thorough knowledge of all industry codes, and in cooperation with legal, of all applicable laws and regulations. Monitor and follow up of key developments that would impact the business.*
*drive risk assessments for ethics & compliance in the geographical area, ensuring that key stakeholders locally and regionally are informed of relevant risks and implementing remediation plans.*
*maximize the effectiveness of the compliance program, ensuring that business leadership is committed to the highest ethical and compliance standards.*
*ensure development, implementation, management, maintenance, continuous improvement and interpretation of compliance-related policies, procedures, country specific requirements and practices.*
*partner with area/affiliate and global internal audit (gia) on audits, while maintaining full objectivity and independence from both parties.*
*ensure ethics and compliance documents, records, and files are organized and maintained in an effective way.*

*requirements*:
*bachelor degree and master degree (preferred)*
*experience: minimum of 5 years, solid compliance background, experience in pharma, understand the local codes, risk, culture, experience in a transnational and multicultural environment*

this position will be instrumental in driving education and awareness on compliance. This role requires substantive knowledge of and familiarity with relevant local industry regulations and guidance documents, as well as code of conduct and various compliance related policies and procedures.
