Project coordinator - (advanced english required)*position on site in ensenada bc*please send resume in englishposition summary: the project coordinator is responsible for supporting the project manager(s) and account manager on their team with managing retailer/distributor orders from start to finish. They will work closely under the project manager(s) and account manager's guidance to assist with key tasks such as item setup, entering orders, prepping packing and trims templates as well as sending out production samples. This job requires the ideal candidate to be a strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Please note this is considered an entry level position.essential duties and responsibilities:responsible for order entry in our erp system while confirming all details are correct for each order.submitting item setup requests and creating and organizing folders for all new orders as they are sent in by the sales teams.prepare various customer-specific templates for orders including but not limited to packing instructions, price tickets, and carton labels.retrieve production samples from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment to buyers and sales teams which includes creating packing slips and fedex labels and updating the sample tracker.handle various other data entry and tasks specific to the customer(s) you are working with.communicate with team members and other departments in a professional and concise manner.overall proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks, moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectives.responsible for making sure that data on the excel based wip is up to date and all tasks are done within the proper timeline.minimum qualifications:attention to detail is critical.at least 1 year of data entry experience is required.ability to follow directions and ask clarifying questions.intermediate excel knowledge.strong organization and time-management skills.experience with erp systems preferred.proficient in microsoft office (outlook, excel, word).effective communication and interpersonal skills.ability to work independently and within a team environment.ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-based environment.competencies (optional):technical/professional knowledge.analytical skills.information monitoring.communication skills.planning and organizing.building strategic internal/external working relationships.follow through skills.demonstrates high integrity in all activities; does not cut corners toachieve goals.#j-18808-ljbffr
