in this position, you will lead the growth of sales territory for invitae's testing menu spanning from diagnostics, proactive and reproductive health.
*a day in the life*:*your typical day might include the following*:- driving business results, sales activities, and cross-functional initiatives in your area- crafting and implementing a territory business plan in line with the regional and national strategy- coordinating customer and prospect site visits within territory- attaining profitable sales to expense ratio while ensuring a positive return on investment within specified region- growing and cultivating key customer relationships with target audiences such as geneticists, genetic counselors, clinicians, etc- identifying and initiating business opportunities with academic medical centers, oncology centers, health systems, and other key accounts- championing product and market knowledge- staying in sync with privacy regulations involved with processing and handling of personal data*this job might be for you if*:- you are an expert in sales in the diagnostic services industry with 5+ years of experience.
