By supporting market access, bd&l and strategic alliance managers to improve value propositions across customers/partners. By creating collaborations and synergies across lacan in-market peer teams. By ensuring regional support and strategic guidance/alignment to maximize regional efforts and investments. Minimum requirements: education: business postgraduate studies (e.g mba)
work experience: positive record of performance and behaviors. Success track (business impact) of development and execution of commercial strategies beyond sales team promotion and traditional engagement channels across healthcare systems. >3yrs proven record of successful marketing and sales (combined) management of pharma portfolios (diverse therapeutic areas). Success track of rolling forecast development and accuracy. Experienced in distributor management and commercial agreements. Evidence of leading strategic initiatives through cross organizational collaboration. Desired: >1 yrs experience working in agile organizations and leading teams through agile ways of working (e.g scrum). Hands-on experience in sales teams, performing customer facing roles. Languages : english. Skills: innovative mindset. Market and business acumen. Customer management. Forecasting. Ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
