The quality auditor carries out audits of processes and finished products, and carries out the first part verification, ensuring that the production lines have the necessary documentation and materials to start production of parts.
the function of the quality auditor ensures that the production process and the personnel that execute it meet the requirements for the realization of the product and provides feedback to those responsible for the process.
responsibilities:
* support the quality department in the audits of the products, subassemblies, and the processes of storage, manufacturing, testing, handling and packaging of these.
* audit procedures, instructions, drawings, assembly charts, and guidelines as needed or a variety of inspection test and measurement equipment.
* generate reports of audit findings.
* review with production supervisors, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers and technicians, the findings of the audits to generate conclusions and propose corrective and preventive actions.
* review daily if there are client rejections to update quality c, in the applicable areas.
* provide scrap disposal.
* create quality certificates according to the client's requirements.
requirements:
* preferably high school.
* 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* availability of time, teamwork and under pressure.
