thermo fisher scientific latam is looking for an account manager based in guadalajara, responsible for the pacific and bajío area. the role holder will be responsible for developing different markets, implementing sales strategy and tactics for related product lines and applications to achieve sales figures in line with the company’s strategy and growth initiatives within the region. Therefore, the ability to think critically and plan optimally are key skills required.
responsibilities:
1. achieve growth and hit sales targets
2. create and present weekly and quarterly forecasts
3. sales forecasting, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
4. assess skills, needs, and build lasting and productive relationships with customers and colleagues
5. seek new accounts and generate and/or follow up on leads
6. participate in meetings, sales events, and product training
7. report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
8. maintain and expand the customer database within your territory
9. build and promote lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
10. identify competitors and develop tactical activities
11. additional duties/responsibilities as per company needs
12. be proactive, focused, and have an attitude of always seeking involvement, innovation, integrity, and intensity

7. salesforce, ms office knowledge
