*role*:you are responsible for getting properties ready for marketing, screening tenants, coordinating tenant move ins and move outs, onboarding new tenants, and signing leases.
you will also handle rent collections & delinquencies, communications with tenants and other members of our team.
you will work closely with our property manager to ensure tasks are handled quickly & correctly.
*responsibilities*:- *resident and client relations*: support the property manager in their role as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and service requests, managing lease agreements, and general resident communications in a professional and timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.
this includes coordinating tenant placement, such as screening, collecting deposits, preparing leases, and facilitating move-ins and move-outs.- *maintenance and service coordination*: oversee and prioritize maintenance requests, collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure swift and efficient resolutions.
communicate clear timelines to residents, provide follow-up, and take property photos during move-outs or rent-ready stages to document conditions.- *property leasing and marketing*: work closely with the leasing team to market and show vacant properties, assist in onboarding new tenants, and ensure all move-in and move-out processes are seamless.- *rent collection and delinquencies*: handle rent collection and address resident delinquencies in a professional manner, including sending legal notices (ltb forms, lease violations, etc.)
to ensure compliance and resolution.- *property management assistance*: support daily property management tasks, including preparing documents, scheduling inspections, and managing resident correspondence.
maintain accurate and organized files to facilitate smooth operations.- *administrative support for real estate projects*: offer administrative and logístical assistance for real estate sales, development, and construction initiatives.
coordinate document management, scheduling, and client communications to keep projects on track.- *after-hours availability (as needed)*: be available occasionally for on-call shifts to address urgent maintenance requests, tenant emergencies, or other pressing needs outside of regular business hours.
(on-call responsibilities do not require being in the office or on-site)
