consolidate and prioritize all demand data/reporting needs and develop the right tool to drive data-driven decision-making. Manage the business intelligence team setting the vision and developing members to build insight creation and influencing mindset
what are we looking for?
1. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
2. strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies & proven experience with bi tools such as tableau, power bi, or qlikview and record of delivering high-quality bi solutions
3. excellent leadership and team management skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
5. strong analytical and problem-solving skills & experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
6. ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
what will be your key responsibilities?
7. lead a team of bi analysts and developers.
8. develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions.
9. oversee the design and maintenance of data warehousing systems.
10. create and manage dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
11. ensure data accuracy and integrity across all bi solutions.
12. develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate to identify key business metrics.
13. stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
14. provide training and support to end-users on bi tools and solutions.
15. manage bi projects from inception to completion.
16. ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
17. prepare and present reports to senior management.
18. manage the bi budget and allocate resources effectively.
19. conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
20. support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
