business development and salessupport - support the identification and qualification of newbusiness opportunities through research, cold outreach, and inboundlead management - prepare and follow up on customer quotations,rfqs, and proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineeringteams.
- manage crm entries, maintain accurate records ofinteractions, and track sales pipeline activities - coordinateinternally with production, logistics, and customer service toensure timely responses and customer satisfaction - support infollow up new customers order (first order/project).
marketing -assist in lead generation campaigns, outreach activities, andinitial discovery calls or email communications - gather marketintelligence and competitor information to support businessdevelopment strategy administrative support - provide inside salessupport to field sales representatives and leadership, includingreporting and follow-up tasks - help onboard new customers byfacilitating documentation and communication between internaldepartments - maintain all documents and customer files of newcustomers, - customer service support and backup qualifications -bachelor's degree in business or marketing - 1–2 years ofexperience in inside sales, administration, marketing, preferredautomotive tier 2.
