overview:
the park coordinator is an exciting new position where you can take your office outside and grow the beautiful game of soccer in your community. You would have the key responsibility of driving enrollment and managing partnerships within our soccer shots park programs. We are looking for a candidate who is a people-oriented, self-motivated individual with a lot of passion for supporting communities and mentoring others. This individual will help grow and maintain relationships with schools, parks, and community organizations. responsibilities:
* business development in public parks
* coach classes
* attend meetings
* plan, partner, and execute public events to grow soccer shots programs
* maintain professional relationships with schools, parks, and community partners
* work independently and as part of a team
* achieve set goals for enrollment growth
* innovate new sales initiatives and strategies to increase revenue
* mentor program for assistants and interns
* track all client and account information for accuracy
* monitor field conditions
requirements:
* ability to coach weekly
* minimum 2-year commitment to the position
* proven ability with track record to hit sales and growth targets
* strong communication and organizational skills
* must be willing to complete 12 units in early childhood education
hours, pay, and benefits
pay range $45k-53k ($21.50-$25.50/hr at 40 hrs a week) with mileage reimbursement (irs mileage rate) + commission
full-time position that includes the following (without completion of units)
* 5.4 days of accrued vacation a year
* 5 sick days per year
* 30-40 hours a week,
* mileage reimbursement
* $60 monthly cell phone reimbursement
