*zego is a high-growth property technology company seeking a quality analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on our resident experience mobile and web apps. We are looking for passionate individuals who can leverage their extensive experience in quality assurance to design, influence, and drive the quality and testability of our products and services. As a sr. Quality analyst at zego, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, providing exceptional experiences for our customers.*
*what you’ll do here*:
- *contribute to the manual testing effort for the resident experience mobile and web apps.*
- *document test cases, review them with counterparts, and ensure thorough test coverage.*
- *troubleshoot and analyze issues, including basic code analysis.*
- *execute automation scripts written by sdets and write basic sql commands.*
- *collaborate within an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and reviews.*
- *build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality products and services.*
*about you*:
- *proficiency with executing automated regression tests.*
- *strong knowledge of black box and grey box testing techniques.*
- *excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.*
- *strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of customer perspectives.*

*skills and qualifications*:
