this position is responsible of the reconciliation and guarantee the glmc certification, roll forward prior periods bank reconciliation, receiving and saving data in the respective folder, the classifying variances, gli feed variances, written and oral communication, key sox control for variances up to $5m, review journal entries and bank rec. Ensure good and quality customer service, participate in processes for improvement. Guarantee the correct reconciliation in time and form according to the sla of the area.
Supervise the calculation of fsv commissions, determine the monthly accruals, ensure the collect and review the business contracts.

as an
*bank management manager pbna *your scope would consist of:
- undergraduate business or accounting related degree required
- 5+ years of work experience in business, preferably with a consumer products company
- proven experience in implementing technology enabled business solutions on time and on budget
- proven ability to successfully work in a matrix org with members from multiple functions (accounting, shared services, it, hr) and global sectors

- knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations
- excellent written and verbal communication
- strong problem-solving analytical skills
- ability to work off-hours, staggered shifts to accommodate global time zones for meetings, implementation tasks, and training
- lead the services r2r according to sla. Dc
- lead and manage timely, accurate submission of bank recs and fsv commissions
- prepare timely and accurate period closeproviding thought leadership taking a key role in leading change initiatives and proactively, implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- taking an active role in the automation of existing processes leveraging lss/robotics strategies.
- generate strategy that allows to perform the operation in a robust control environment.
- provide coaching / mentoring to the team.

qualifications:

- 6+ years of relevant accounting/financial experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience
