- manage the execution of change management deliverables (communication, learning, enablement, reinforcement) to ensure the local implementation and adoption of the future in action and digital transformation programs.

- workforce experience initiatives support (we'x survey, digital citizenship, etc.)
- hr evolution change management efforts (new hr platforms & processes roll-out)
