we are looking for a production cum she executive to ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the shift production plan as well as to support in all aspects of safety, health & environment (she).
a day in the life of...
1. ensure the timely deployment of people development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with pm (proper training including equipment, safety procedures, hygiene).
2. enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (sops) by all personnel within the shift.
3. coach employees to fulfil and exceed the requirements of the job through nce approach.
4. ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance with good manufacturing practices (gmp).
5. check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety e.g. protective clothing (uniform), shoe change & hand wash.
6. ensure continuous line controls and immediate corrective action to assure prescribed quality and to ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions.
7. ensure ongoing smooth operations of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management.
8. ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively.
9. ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration.
10. to coach and motivate the team in the achievement of the she objectives.
11. to contribute to the development of competence of she champions.
12. promote she awareness and commitment to she across the plant.
13. iso compliance - to manage and coordinate all iso requirements to ensure a smooth operation in place.
14. support the adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to she.
15. support in compliance with she-related legal requirements.
what will make you successful:
1. proved matured knowledge in food manufacturing or degree in engineering or any other related field.
2. had a relevant work experience either during or after studies.
3. good attitude to work and ability to interact with people.
4. demonstration of leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment.
5. demonstration of leadership skills in positively confronting inappropriate behavior and using everyday coaching to ensure involvement of the workforce.
6. previous professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas.
7. experienced in iso and a greenbook holder would be an added advantage.
