responsible for following up with customers after a service intervention has taken place.2.
maintain open service orders/service notifications after customer interventions.3.
assist in screening incoming calls if technicians are unavailable to answer.4.
maintain open customer issues after interventions.5.
provide support to the m2p department by generating excel reports.6.
generate open order reports for customers.7.
generate open issues reports for customers.8.
make m2p status reports on a weekly.9.
half day switchboard coverage, directing calls to the appropriate person.10.
perform other related duties as assigned.*requirements*:1.
high school diploma or higher.2.
previous experience interacting with customers, preferably in an industrial equipment environment.3.
excellent excel skills with ability to create pivot tables and summarize information using raw data.4.
previous working experience using sap is preferred.5.
must be good team player.6.
