Your job:
support the director of operations and management team at the site to facilitate business travel arrangements, visitor support, agenda management, and operational follow-ups. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

what you will do:
* manage and coordinate the management agenda, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
* handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* organize and facilitate business trips for managers and employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and expense reporting.
* coordinate and support on-site visitors, ensuring proper logistics, scheduling, and hospitality arrangements.
* track and follow up on operational tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and reporting updates to management.
* maintain office supplies, equipment, and document organization.
* serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
* support any additional administrative duties as needed.
who you are (basic qualifications):
* degree in business administration, organizational communication, or a related field, or verifiable experience.
* 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* strong organizational and time-management skills.

* experience in travel coordination and visitor management.

* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and other business applications.
