experiência
minimum 5yrs business experience, preferably in organizational design, human resources, culture, change management, or learning areas
experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Experience in project management or strong organizational skills
strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
