as a digital consultant, you will be responsible for:
- taking direct support cases from users.
- drive customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings.
- drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers' technical support experience with mínimal guidance.
- collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
- provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

to be successful in this role you will have:
- bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
- minimum of 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- strong knowledge on microsoft.net development using vb.net & c#.
- strong knowledge of front-end web development using html5, css and javascript.
- solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts.
- sql and oracle exposure is required.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- strong interpersonal skills.
preferred competency requirements
- strong desire to learn oil & gas core competencies, specifically digital oilfield.
- exposure to js libraries such as highcharts and kendoui.
- familiarity with agile development and devops methodologies.
