Technical support engineer the right person for thisrole will have to be able to follow a logical troubleshooting path,to navigate through ambiguous problems and to collect relevantinformation in order to provide an outstanding solution for googleworkspace clients minimum requirements: - 100% fluent in english(minimum c1) - windows system administration - knowledge basicunderstanding of web protocols (http, dns, ssl/tls, etc) andnetworking standards - ability to read and understand packet andapplication layer captures - ability to research using internalknowledge bases and public facing documentation (official googledocs, stackoverflow, google groups...) - basic coding abilities -ability to read and understand the code and to write code samplesto reproduce customer issues (ideally in java or python) -understanding of dns: common record types, protocols used,recursive domain name resolution desirable skills: - knowledge ofthe osi stack - understanding of sso including the ability toidentify service provider and identity provider - familiarity withmodern api technologies (oauth, restful apts, grpc) - knowledge oflinux system administration education and experience: - engineeringgraduate in computer sciences or equivalent - 4+ yrs exp desirable- certification: any one of the following certifications, gwsadmin, google ace, microsoft 365 certifications (fundamentals,administrator) what we offer: - competitive salary and benefitspackage.
