join a team of professional engineers who are making honeywell's manufacturing more efficient and consistent. You will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process to meet product specifications.

key responsibilities
1. apply lean methodologies to optimize workflow
2. fabrication and assembly processes
3. capital acquisition, automation, digital factory
4. able to identify, plan and execute strategic projects
5. interpret and apply product specifications
6. review quality output and coach team improvements
7. collaborate with customers
8. project planning and execution oversight
9. resource management in dynamic environment
10. organic growth with productivity projects / factory optimization
11. root cause problem solving and solution implementation
12. up to 50% travel is required
must have:
* bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
* 5+ years of directly related experience in product engineering.
* cad experience (solidworks is preferred).
