*credit risk generalist*
*role purpose*
- verify that collection practices are carried out in accordance with the legislation, regulation and conduct risk guidelines, as well as local
and group-level policies.
- execute the independent case sampling (ics) of the underwriting services (uws) and collections risk processes.
- generate the validation sample according to the established methodology.
- identify and report deviations from policty in the evaluation processes of wpb portfolios such as secured, unsecured, rbb & staff loans.
- monitoring and management of reported deviations and disputes that arise.
- participation in the updates of the inspection matrix with uws, collections and risk.
- participation as an intermediary between uws and the managers of wpb in the qa reviews.
- carry out the different specific investigations that are generated by periodic audits
- keep track of the different results through reports that are presented in different forums.
- support change initiatives and escalate any concerns.
requirements
*principal accountabilities and responsibilities* (e.g., for business, customers and stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)
- attend all activities related to updating new policies and procedures in the inspection matrix.
- monitor and report any deviation in the processes being reviewed, as well as confirm that the proposed actions or remediation plans are carried out in coordination with the wpb risk team.
- maintain colaboration with risk manager, as well as the leaders of ccs areas.
- generate dashboard of results with each revision of ics.
leadership & teamwork
- work effectively with the risk, ccs, regulatory teams.
- resilience and teamwork.
functional knowledge
- economics, business administration or equivalent academic training.
- previous experience in matters related to credit and risks.
- basic english
- experience in credit systems like hogan, kroner, oh cards or similar, and sas systems
- analytical skills and decision-making capacity.
- capacity for planning, organization, negotiation skills and effective communication.
- responsibility and commitment to target dates.
experience: please select the level of technical knowledge i.e.
the broad technical area such as finance, hr, sales that the role requires:
preferably experience in hogan, kroner, oh cards and sas systems.
