coordinate implementation of new capabilities and products, following internal and external customer procedures established by the company, in order to meet cost, timing and quality required by management.
*responsibilities*:
- coordinate, plan and manage timing of the project
- project status reporting to management.
- work with departments involved and commercial areas to prepare quotation requests (sow) for capital investments, tools, equipment and facilities.
- follow up equipment manufacturing timing with suppliers, perform debugging & fat.
document results and work along with supplier to close items in issue list prior acceptance
- coordinate with procurement and logistics area the supply of materials for construction events, ppap, run at rate and sop
- develop product validation plan along with cross functional team
- coordinate pilot runs, build dvp&r samples and follow up product validation until psw
- coordinate the realization of documentation of apqp as flow chart, fmea, control plan, set-up sheets, packaging, etc.
- follow up manufacturing issues and lead the team to get a solution
qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as project engineer or similar position.
- industrial/ mechanical/ electrical engineer degree,
- project management methodology knowledge
- knowledge in problem solving methodology ´s (5w, 8d)
- self-organization, leadership and decision-making, ability to work on multiple projects.
- english communication skills, experience in working within multi-disciplinary teams in an international environment.
- goal orientation and leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving.
excellent communication and team working skills
- fluent english is required
- solid works/ autocad knowledge is a plus
