About this position in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the facilities operations within mexico and cenam, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local business needs. what you'll do:
* promote the execution of global strategies within the country in conjunction with local managers, facilities representatives and team members (i.e. One!View).
* main responsible of mexico's and cenam's locations operations regarding facilities services with direct interaction with facilities suppliers, taking into consideration innovation projects, services enhancements and employee satisfaction.
* ensure cost transparency across the buildings cost centers by performing facilities services oversight mapping.
* reduce service complexity by defining key process indicators based on local business requirements.
* develop the corporate real estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spend of resources, including participation in real estate projects.
