introducing the newest gem of dazzling luxury to reach cancun’s playa mujeres area: our all-inclusive hotel offers 500 luxurious keys, complemented by an impressive array of 18 distinct food & beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. responsibilities
* develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the hotel’s market share in key segments (corporate, leisure, weddings, and groups)
* build and manage relationships with high-profile clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners
* collaborate with the revenue management team to ensure pricing and distribution strategies are aligned with market trends and customer demand
* lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that promote the hotel's brand, services, and unique offerings
* drive engagement through content creation, brand storytelling, and the use of targeted advertising
* manage the hotel’s public relations strategies and media relations to enhance the hotel’s visibility and reputation
* lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence
* set clear goals and performance targets for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations
* monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt and refine sales and marketing efforts
* provide detailed reports to senior management on campaign performance, roi, and market trends
* utilize analytics tools to track and optimize the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns
* serve as the key brand ambassador for the hotel, representing the property at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
* promote the luxury, all-inclusive experience the hotel offers to potential guests and partners
minimum requirements
* experience: minimum of 5 years in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
* knowledge: strong understanding of the costa mujeres market, luxury hospitality trends, and customer behavior.
* skills: excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to drive results in a competitive market.
