to maximize the outcome of procurement strategies and negotiations.- productivity: ensure the best purchase options for the company through bid processes and increase savings.- compliance: guarantee all in-scope purchases are aligned to the corporate policy and procedures.- automation: increase purchase automation options, deploy processes improvements, implement new solutions, etc.
*accountabilities*support mybuy/ariba daily operations*- optimized purchasing process within categories -e.g.
updated content and improvement opportunities identification as catalogue or savings strategies- kpis report to local and global steering committee - e.g.
monthly global pmo meeting, monthly global and local gp finance team, monthly gp local meeting, etc.- bi-monthly follow up to system functionality and improvements implementation plan- support procurement in selecting suppliers to connect to mybuy or to rationalize suppliers- connecting suppliers to mybuy/ariba network platform- ensure compliance to mybuy and gp indirect policies- ensure alignment with global strategies- manage catalogue content and testing- it testing- process & supplier enablement*lead/support projects*- analyze, create and execute project work plans to expand out of scope spend/categories in market.- manages day-to-day aspects of the project - e.g.
team, systems.- minimize risks on project - e.g.
contingency plan, monthly kpis, project progress tracking.- ensures project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately.- assure mybuy team and gp strategic team alignment - e.g.
