Intake specialist (b2c bdr) - inbound and outbound sales
the intake specialist is the first point of contact for potential new clients (pncs) of the firm and is responsible for converting leads into paid consultations. The intake specialist gathers pnc’s detailed information, assesses pnc’s eligibility, and sells the consultation appointment. The pnc prepares a consultations questionnaire for the consultation team. The intake specialist must demonstrate professionalism while still supporting a friendly and charismatic demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills.
the intake specialist also performs sales calls in order to solicit additional leads from current or former clients, vendors, or partners of the firm. The intake specialist must follow a sales script to explain to pncs the value of the firm’s offerings and handle common objections in order to “close the sale.”
the intake specialist must be fully bilingual in english and spanish and reports to the director of intake and consultations.
specific job duties include:
* answering all intake phone calls
* responding to all sales voicemails within at most 24 hours (during normal business hours) through various means to ensure communication is made with pnc
* contacting all intake inquiries
* rapidly responding to all pnc inquiries from various lead sources, including but not limited to: website “contact us” form, yelp, aila link, national guard; ensuring communication is made with pnc
* hosting intake appointments with pncs and managing intake appointment calendaring system
* qualifying leads and selling the consultation
* using the firm’s intake screening process to qualify all pncs; disengaging unqualified leads and selling qualified leads on a paid consultation
* following firm’s sales script to reveal true motivator and urgency and respond to common objections. Encouraging pnc to understand the real value of the firm’s offering; developing and refining firm’s sales script over time and experience
* collecting payment and scheduling consultations with attorneys of the firm
* preparing the consultation questionnaire
* asking pnc detailed questions to elicit responses necessary to complete the consultation questionnaire in advance of the consultation appointment
* maintaining continuous contact with pncs through text, email and phone calls to keep the firm top of mind and convert leads into paid consultations
systems management
* keeping data in the crm current and accurate at all times; moving leads through the pipeline as appropriate
* effectively and timely reporting kpi and other campaign efforts to management
* demonstrating the qualities outlined in the intake specialist scorecard
* meeting firm goals in key performance indicators
* other duties as assigned
key performance indicators:
* lead to intake conversion rate
* intake to consultation conversion rate
* number of paid consultations scheduled per month
* response time to pnc inquiries
working hours: mon - fri 9am to 5pm - pst;
