- desarrollo y mejora de procedimientos del área, para la correcta aplicación de programas de ventas especiales.
- atención a clientes internos (equipo de venta) y externos (dealers).
- atención y desarrollo de estrategias para respuesta en la comunicación para los diferentes casos de ventas operaciones.
- desarrollo de relaciones con otras áreas
- atención especializada al equipo de ventas
- cumplimiento de kpi's del área: tiempo de respuesta, solución a casos, tiempo de respuesta a dealer
- administración correcta de correos del área.

- estar cursando los últimos periodos de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre)
- contar con un nível intermedio conversacional de inglés
