*warehouse supervisor (medical industry)*position summary*responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, equipment, and parts, in warehouse including but not limited to the following duties.
*essential duties and responsibilities*- send and receive materials- monitoring the expiration date of materials, warning before expiration and scrapping after expiration- register all records of warehouse- responsible for periodical warehouse counting, ensure the compliance between account and goods- arrange the return for the raw materials which has physical inventory, when necessary- daily update of the chemical account according to the chemical requisitioning- survey the environment of semi-finished products warehouse, maintaining good environment during the non-working hours- inventory physical counting and reconciliation process with accounting record- warehouse space planning- order process and finished product inventory- order packaging info and documents- raw material and finished products in-and-out of warehouse- inventory report, receiving/shipping documents, distribution cost,- supplier delivery, material return, raw material receiving notice- cross training of warehouse staff*supervisory responsibilities*carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
