Currently we are looking for our next*:talent management manager*
*which is the main objective of this role?*
this role will deliver coe generated solutions and core talent management process execution. Connected to the coe for tools, processes and best practices. At times, may also work with coes to customize solutions and programs.
*responsibilities*
*what will you be doing?*
- own end to end delivery of processes or tools for talent management -measures effectiveness
- manage the complete ppp and talent management life cycle including planning analysis, insights, defining local/functional plans, roll up strategy, delivery and follow up solutions
- lead implementation of ppp and facilitate talent discussions at local/functional level to generate high quality plans and outputs to feed into regional and sector ppp discussions
- provide expert guidance and governance on all elements of the people planning process to deliver consistent and high quality local /functional execution. Execute the follow-through of the succession planning outcomes, partnering with the tm coe and hrbp as required
- define and measure the impact of local /functional talent strategy to deliver deep and robust talent pipeline in partnership with hrbp
- able to contract and influence sector coe to ensure that sector generated initiatives meet local needs
- partners with coe tm to lead, execute and follow up on key assessments such as lead, pepl, hogan, 360 to improve capability of managers and leaders in ou.
- partner with functional talent analytics to deliver robust data, analysis and talent management insights
- execute the local deployment of broad based talent management tools and frameworks as per coe defined strategies such as talent academies, etc.
- design, communicate, implement and leads mentoring cross functional program for l8+ talent in mexico
- design, communicate, implement and leads step(leadership development program for lg1+ ) talent in mexico
