responsibilities
1. carry out all activities assigned to the position in compliance with the integrated management system.
2. verify and validate the start of each packaging process, confirming with the operators that the variables of the finished product and critical process variables are within specifications.
3. perform dimensional and functional analyses of the finished product at the different stages of the process. All of this is aligned with the classification of attributes and applying the procedures established in the integrated management system.
4. confirm that the materials are within specifications through random dimensional analysis or through the quality certificates of each packaging material. If the case requires it, request the complete dimensions from each supplier.
5. verify compliance with legal requirements applicable to the finished product, such as those established in nom-142 ssa labeling, nom-002 ssa net content, alcoholic degree, color, nom-251 good manufacturing practices in the stages of bottling and storage of the product.
6. verify compliance with all prerequisites and/or requirements related to the haccp system for the bottling and storage processes. Including gmps.
7. participate, manage and when necessary, coordinate root cause analysis for the resolution of problems in the bottling process, such as defects in the finished product, material functionality problems, gmps.
8. participate in internal, external audits of suppliers and third parties, as well as their follow-up for the closing of actions resulting from these exercises.
9. generate monthly reports (indicators) related to the quality of the inputs and the finished product.
10. follow-up on compliance with the calibration program for measuring equipment.
11. ensure compliance with the quality requirements of the promotional items (vap's) that are assembled at the tul plant from the development and receipt of the inputs, until the delivery of the finished product.
12. monitoring of the processes of nationalization of imported products from the receipt of these, until the delivery of the nationalized product (labels & stickers in compliance with nom-142).
13. monitoring of the distribution products, from the reception of these until their release for shipment.
14. monitoring of the processes of new products from the participation in the development of the materials, validation tests and until the delivery of the finished product.
15. monitoring of the returns processes from the receipt of the product until the opinion of the same.
16. conduct finished product assessments (imported & produced in tultitlan) for release, destruction, special sale, depending on its physical and sensory condition.
17. participate in handling consumer & distributor complaints, analysis of causes and action plans, as well as in monitoring customer satisfaction.
18. keep all documents of the integrated management system area or process up to date according to its function (iso 9001, 14001, iso 45000 and haccp).
