*role summary*
*key responsibilities*
- safety, health and environment responsibilities:
- participate, get involved and use resources to provide a safe and healthy workplace with zero accidents.
- carry out your daily activities according to specific instructions that allow you to complete your tasks with zero work-related injuries and/or illnesses.
- maintain order and cleanliness in your work area.
- immediately report any injury or incident, no matter how minor.
- attend and participate in the safety and environmental control talks or training that are scheduled.
- report unsafe conditions and acts that you detect to your supervisor, when it is not possible and safe for you to make the correction yourself.
- be alert to the risks you identify before and during the execution of a task, taking the necessary corrective actions to prevent injuries.
- take care of one's own actions to avoid committing unsafe acts or generating unsafe conditions.
- use the required personal protective equipment in work areas and use additional equipment as necessary to perform specific jobs.
