*about the role*we are looking for a talented and proactive marketing manager with a passion for hospitality, travel, and sustainability to join our family.
in this role you will work on leading & executing local marketing efforts for our todos santos home.
responsibilities range from actively participating in the planning & execution of marketing strategies oriented towards increasing awareness, driving revenue (both hotel and outlets), and improving communication in general to managing partnerships, coordinating content creation initiatives at the property & ensuring our customer facing channels across the board are aligned.
*responsibilities*- proactively participate in planning & lead execution of local marketing strategies, maintaining a feel for the property needs by staying in contact with department heads on-site and adjusting as necessary.- coordinate content creation efforts, ensuring the efficiency of the process and a resulting product that aligns with property needs.- build and maintain relationships with key content creators, providers and partners in order to execute on deliverables and maximize resources.- supervise our property's social channels, including but not limited to instagram & facebook.- manage and propose collaborations with local impactful talent that aligns with our brand and helps to further develop our message across mexico.- ensure our message & content remains consistent, relevant and attractive throughout our customer facing channels, including but not limited to our website, tripadvisor, google my business & otas.- maintain a feel for the properties through department heads on property to ensure all content and messaging aligns with property objectives and helps drive them.- capture content and coordinate production of photo and video content of relevant on-site events or happenings when required.- source and envision attractive story angles surrounding our homes that align with our brand and capitalize on them.- identify local insights and new opportunities to drive property bookings.- report on the property's status, growth, audience development and any other metric of interest monthly.- capitalize on social channels' insight data to improve messaging & content.- host media fam trips on-site when required.- be physically present on-site when required or appropriate.tipo de puesto: tiempo completosalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al meshorario:- turno de 8 horas
