accountabilities:
as a t&d business analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing talent & development systems and processes. Your primary role will be to support the release management process for our cloud-based global talent & development platforms. You will be a key driver in evaluating existing t&d systems, recommending improvements, implementing new technologies to support our global learning initiatives, and working with business stakeholders to determine the deployment of new functionality and impacts on end users.
essential skills/experience:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- expert business analyst with extensive experience with hr technology implementations (> 5 years)
- proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to optimally drive projects from inception to implementation
- superb communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with collaborators at all levels in the organization
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to translate sophisticated requirements into practical solutions
- meticulous mentality with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work
- strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories and process flows
- effective time management skills – to work across multiple projects concurrently
desirable skills/experience:
- experience with hris systems/platforms ( workday)
- robotic / process automation experience
- experience with working with agile methodologies
