works closely with the program manager and with various departments to meet program delivery goals.
maintains direct contact with customers and with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met.
provides customer reporting.
receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (rma).
updates databases.
records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
