purpose of the job: the t&c leader is responsible for the management and successful completion of the t&c activities related to a railway signaling subsystem (e.g. Ixl, atc, dcs, ertms, scada, ene, ...) or telecommunications subsystem (e.g. Red, cro, vid, tli, son, tel, wifi, tetra, ....). This must be achieved following project strategy, company policies (including ehs, railway safety, local regulation and professional standard) and project qcd targets.

* organization structure: operations / regional center / project engineering or field operation / t&c team
* organizational reporting: direct reporting to project t&c manager (prcom), direct reports: t&c engineers and technicians
main responsibilities:
1. prepare t&c work: 4m checklist to four weeks before starting the activity.
2. ensure availability of design documents, tools, and trained resources.
3. responsible for the test, verification, and delivery of a signaling subsystem.
4. organize t&c activities (planning, access, resources allocation, documentation).
5. check compliance of signaling systems in relation to system specification documents and contractual requirements.
6. develop t&c procedures for subsystems to meet contractual requirements.
7. provide technical leadership to individuals or teams for tools and procedures.
8. report on progress and issues to the project t&c manager.
9. ensure all tests are conducted in full safety.
