this role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking to develop, execute, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns—including paid digital, atl, organic social, and experimental a/b testing of new channels and creatives.
you will work closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
a deep understanding of the local mexican market, consumer behavior, and media landscape is essential to crafting effective strategies that resonate with our audience.key job responsibilitieskey responsibilities* build and execute brand and performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results across multiple channels.
* test and scale new marketing channels—both online and offline—to reach the right audiences in fresh and effective ways.
* set up and refine campaign experiments, using a/b testing and data analysis to continuously optimise performance.
* work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to collaborate on creative production.
* manage relationships with agencies and advertising platforms to explore new opportunities, negotiate placements, and stay ahead of industry trends.
* define key metrics and processes to standardise how campaigns are tracked, measured, and optimised.
* monitor and adapt to local consumer behavior to refine strategies based on consumer behavior, industry shifts, and emerging trends.basic qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels- experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- excellent written and spoken mexican spanish and englishpreferred qualifications - experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiativesour inclusive culture empowers amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
