required qualifications:
1. bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; mba or relevant certification is a plus.
2. advanced english and spanish.
3. a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

1. proven experience as a product manager, preferably in digital transformation or related fields.
2. experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry.
3. have been involved in or have run implementations of dnc or machine monitoring solutions.
4. aware of concepts of cad & cam.
5. strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, including cloud computing, ai, iot, and data analytics.
6. experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as scrum and kanban.
7. excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
9. exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
