all coupled with excellent communication skills in english and spanish and with the ability to solve complex problems.

experience related in apps is a plus.what will you work on?- lead and grow the nike app cross-functional team.- constantly monitor kpis & trigger actions to achieve nike app both long and short-term targets: user acquisition, engagement, conversion (frequency, spend); and traffic, conversion, aov, sales, etc.- collaborate with the member growth manager to develop a member-led in-season muscle, and a compelling, consistent value proposition for members who also are app users.
including but not limited to segmented, targeted comms and journeys (content).- interpret internal/external business context and challenges, and recommend best practices or actions to achieve targets.- work in partnership with membership, nike brand & ndss (nike direct stores & services) teams to create an 020 seasonal plan considering commercial moments / brand moments & unlocks on store that is consistent with the digital plans for each season or campaign.- work in partnership with dsm/merchandising to influence the app exclusive assortment and inventory
