Quinio business integrations analyst will be responsible to execute and support seamless integration of our new brands to quinio’s internal operational workstreams. This role will have strong exposure to all company areas and teams; from m&a to marketing and online channels. As integrations analyst you will oversee the full acquisition and operational cycle. This is a key role for the successful growth of our new brands.
*who you are*:
- bachelor’s degree in the fields of finance, business, economics, engineering, or related
- 1-3 years of work experience in e-commerce, tech, retail, consulting or any other operations related role.
- experience working with large sets of unstructured data bases and synthesizing into business insights
- tableau (or any other data visualization tool) is desirable
- power user of excel & google sheets, comfortable with sophisticated models with large data sets
- experience in crafting compelling visualizations and presentation
- experience with sql / python is a plus.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and express yourself clearly
- team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure
*what you’ll do*:
- support the project management lead to:
- manage various work streams assigned by the pm
- resolve any immediate issues related to projects
- ensure that all project deliverables fit into the timeline
- update and maintain organization of all creative files
- manage and track against project/retainer budgets and deliverables
- manage resources involved in assigned projects
- build and leverage solid tools and methods to optimize and track key business metrics.
- lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
- use your ops and consulting skills and processes to diagnose and understand capability gaps within the business.
- practice strong program, and project management to develop high-impact, tailored solutions.
- improve on best practices and set the pace for experimentation and innovation.
- be the owner of reporting dashboards and any other tools used by the operations teams and managers to perform their day-to-day tasks in partnership
- run and maintain recurrent reports to advise business decisions
- automating operational workflows
- develop full timelines, including inter-department touch-points, milestones & due dates
- coordinate tasks, priorities and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the project lifecycle
