-job description*purpose of the position*:
the digital product owner is responsible for working across it, product, transformation, value streams and others to define and ensure the e2e delivery of new mobile banking capabilities. This role will be focused on enabling all new payment functionalities with significant impact to customers. It’s an opportunity to be part of the digital transformation in iwpb.
*main responsibilities include (but are not limited to)*:
- define requirements for prioritized initiatives, ensuring its alignment with product teams and risk stewards;
- define okrs in the product definition and track it post implementation;
- ensure the e2e delivery of initiatives according to objectives within timelines until its production release;
- connect with global fx & payments value streams to ensure alignment and to provide knowledge of global vision to drive product development;
- identify and escalate issues or concerns during the project life cycle;
- ensure the correct risk identification in the definition phase to mitigate any potential issue and guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and regulations;
requirements*knowledge and skills*:
- fluency in spanish and english is a must;
- strong desire and capability to learn and adapt;
- excellent customer-centric mindset, with the capacity to anticipate customer needs and demonstrate commitment to providing the highest levels of experience;
- experience in project management, specially with it is a must
- product management/safe knowledge is desirable;
- understanding of customer needs and trends, combined with an inquisitive mind and passion for thinking about future needs,
- excellent interpersonal skills to develop a good working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
