- bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
- experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- experience with data/sql and web technologies.
*preferred qualifications*:
- experience with scalable networking technologies and web standards.
- experience in system administration tasks in linux, unix, or similar, and with standard it security practices (e.g., encryption, certificates, key management).
- experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (e.g., puppet, chef, salt, ansible, docker, kubernetes, mesos, openstack, jenkins).
- knowledge of open source server software (e.g., nginx, rabbitmq, redis, elasticsearch).
